Hi, I am Anna Zeccolo from Tiny Chefs. We are making Cinnamon Buttons. We have gone ahead and cut a part of our bread stick dough and the next step is to make our cinnamon and sugar mixture. Its two tablespoons of sugar to one tablespoon of cinnamon. When you are measuring, you want to make sure to level off your ingredient. You can do that with your finger, or with a knife, and one tablespoon of cinnamon. You can just mix that together with your fingers or a little spoon, however you would like to. What you do now, is you take your little pieces of dough and you roll them in the butter and then in the cinnamon and sugar mixture. This is the part kids love doing because their fingers get messy and they have created a yummy treat. So, in the dough, and in the cinnamon and sugar mixture. You want to go ahead and place them on the baking sheet about two inches from one another. That helps things cook properly and make sure that nothing runs into each other when cooking. These are so perfect for little kids because, they are little and you can just pop them right into their mouth and you can make lots of them too. I will do two more. One and two, and you can see; we get really messy with this butter and cinnamon and sugar mixture. We've finished making up our cinnamon buttons, and you want to make sure to pop in the oven on 375 degrees for about 15 minutes. Next, we are going to make Dirt Cups.
