How to Eat Sushi - Sashimi
Nina: Hi, my name is Nina and were at Obi Sushi in Reston Town Center and today I am going to show you how to eat Sashimi. You put a little bit of Soya sauce in your Soya sauce dish. Dont try to put too much on it or else youre going to ruin the flavor of the fish and then you take a little bit of Wasabi, just a little bit and you put it directly on to the fish with your chop sticks and then youre going to be dipping the fish as much Soya sauce as you want but usually only a little bit so that you still taste the fish and then thats how you eat your Sashimi.
