Emily: Hi! I am Emily, I am here at Masters Costumes at Arlington, Virginia which sells a lot of upscale makeup theatrical cosmetic supplies and today we are going to show you how to create the most effective kitty cat face for your cat costume.

It is really easy to get super intimidated by a lot of the more upscale products that you see at costume stores like mine and I am here to show you that it is really nothing to be afraid of. They are so easy to use, if you can put on basic makeup, then you can put on this and if you have never put a makeup before then it will be equally easy to achieve so long as you have the right tools. So, first I am going to show you how to use makeup only to manipulate the shape of your face to be consistent with the bone structure that a cat has. Then I am going to show you how to use a cat nose and nasal prosthetic which will take care of a lot of that manipulation for you. We are going to be sealing that with liquid latex and then we are going to be covering castor sealer which will have help us put makeup on which will be the last step. We are going to show you how to use different kinds of techniques to get the most out of whichever cat you are going to be. So, if you are going to be a tiger, you are going to be leopard or if you are just going to be kind of a fantastic black or tan cat then we are going get you a really good overview of that. So, lets get started with the most important step, manipulating the bone structure using makeup only.
