Step 1 - Turn Xbox360 On
Step 2 - Under My Xbox Channel, Go to the Right to System Settings
Step 3 - Press A on Memory
Step 4 - Highlight your Xbox360 Hard Drive and Press Y
Step 5 - Press X, X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X, X
Now Press A on Yes and the Xbox360's Cache will be cleaned Up and Game Title Updates will be removed.

Defeating Flood
Quite contrary to the video, the most effective weapon against the majority of the flood (with the exception of the carrier, infection, and morphing forms) is actually the Battle Rifle. A single three-shot burst, if fired into the middle of the enemy's waist (approximately, you'll get a feel for it by trying it out), is enough to take down any flood except the previously mentioned exceptions, and even the morphing form has such a "headshot location", although it is harder to hit (continued)

best weapon for flood
i've found the best weapon against most of the flood is the spiker's melee attack (obviously using the ammo on the smaller one and the ones that explode.) it's one hit on the lower difficulty levels, usually breaks the enemy apart so it can't come back, and it wont run out of ammo.
