Bonjourno! My name is Marie Beirne and I am with MGB Special Events, in Arlington Virginia. Today I am going to show you how to make my mom s old fashioned pasta sauce together with meatballs for a delicious meal. I am going to show you all of the processes and all of the techniques in order to make this delicious meal, anywhere from making the sauce, to forming the meatballs, to special techniques on how not to burn them and how not to stir them. The tools we will need today are some sharp knifes, cutting board, spoon, can opener, and a large pot. Ingredients we ll need today are tomatoes, oregano, pepper, salt, olive oil some basil, garlic, sugar and a diced onion, two eggs and of course ground beef. And as with any cooking, be sure that you are always washing your hands, anytime you are handling any type of raw meats or raw fish, just see that you prevent the spread of bacteria. So before we begin, let me tell you little about myself. I have been cooking for many years now and was very fortunate to have grown up in a household with the best cook in the world, my mom. We are of Sicilian descent where there is no finer food. I have been a cooking instructor now for over five years and I love sharing my culinary talents with all of my students, and I can't wait to get started to share with you. So now let s get started making this wonderful plate of pasta with meat balls.

I'm pretty sure Sicilian food is not the best in the world. You're insulting the other 98% of the world's cultures by saying it is.

I sorry but you should only put oregano in fish sauce or pizza sauce. meat sauce or gravy you should use basil or parsley. oregano is the thing that gives you heart burn or ahgata.

Very easy and good to make. I have no cooking skills and since my wife is recovering from surgery, I am forced to do the cooking and cleaning for us and the kids. I followed the videos and I amazed myself! It was very good and my kids and wife loved it. I can't wait for tomorrow. I already found the videos for my next dinner, Enchiladas! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
