Bonjourno, my name is Marie Guaragna with MGB special events. Today, I am showing you how to make our old fashioned pasta sauce with meatballs. Our final part of the process is actually, plating the pasta. Now, you can use any kind of pasta that you like. My preference is Barilla. Today, we are going to be using a linguini.

Now, most of you I could, from ads that you have seen in the newspaper or ads that you have seen in a magazine, you normally see this white pasta with this big glob of tomato sauce on it. Well, that is probably not a bad way to do it, but this is the way that I do it. I like to take a coffee cup and completely submerge my pasta in the sauce.

So, just going to take a cup, put a couple of cupfuls, two, three, it does not matter, depends I guess, on how much pasta you are using. Today, we are using a pound of wonderful linguini and I like to use tongs for this process. There are pasta tossers or spoons you can use, but I like to use tongs in my cooking process. It just helps me make sure that all of my pasta is completely coated with our wonderful delicious tomato sauce. You always, whenever you are serving food, you always want to serve the food nice and hot. You could probably see the steam coming up.

So, basically, we are going to take our plates and we are going to put a nice amount of pasta here, maybe a little bit more, especially for the men. We are going to come in, we are going to take our sauce, put it on top and then we are going to top it with a couple of our delicious meatballs. Now, like any good sauce, it needs a wonderful cheese to go along with it.

My favorite cheese which I like to use is Pecorino Romano. Lot of restaurants I think, you will see they are using Parmesan and again, it is not right, it is not wrong. It is just completely your preference. So, but in this case, I am going to go ahead and I am going to use this Pecorino Romano and of course, you have it on the table, put it in a cup, does not matter and I am going to go ahead and just sprinkle it on top of our pasta with meatballs and it is ready to go.

Hopefully, you will be able to make this process at home and enjoy your favorite sauce with meatballs.
