Host: Is it more cost effective to go with a band or a DJ?

Christiana Taylor: A DJ is always more cost effective. You are always going to find DJs that you can hire for less than what a band will cost you and a lot of times because of the facility space the DJ is also highly recommended because they take up a lot of less space than a band would. If you are looking at a large facility in a large weeding, which probably wouldn't be real cost effective, you would probably want to go with the band if it's a large place because you want to fill more of the space.

However a DJ is really going to save you in the end because you can customize the weeding with them, you can tell them exactly what songs you like them to play. They can do the introduction for the bridal party and there is a lot of things that they can help you out with and usually are a lot less expensive than a band.
