Host: Should I have an outdoor wedding?

Christina Taylor: Outdoor wedding is a difficult one. I am big fan of them I think they are beautiful, the setting actually allows for a very nice picture -- atmosphere. But the problem of course is weather and depending on the area that you live in picking a time of year that it's going be least chance of you being interrupted by some sort of weather would be my suggestion. In this area the Washington DC metro area we have obviously a huge rain season within the April-May time frame and so planning a spring wedding usually you want to have a back-up plan if you are trying to do it outside because a lot of times we can get some rain on the weekends and so I think being aware of the change in the climate would be important. It is a beautiful setting, so it does save you some cost normally. As far as decoration you really need no decoration for an outdoor wedding just someone to do the photography or the videography and it gives you a nice setting for that.
