Transcripts
Hi, my name is Marie Guaragna and I am with MGB events in Arlington, Virginia. Today, I am going to show you how to make some wonderful Fall Autumn Drinks for your holidays for both Halloween and for Thanks Giving.
Today, we are going to start with The Brain. The ingredients for it would be Peach Schnapps, Baileys and a dash of Grenadine. I have been bartending for quiet sometime now and love doing unusual drinks for all of my clients party. So, let us get started on the Brain. We are going to start with Peach Schnapps, one and a half ounces. This is a just a jigger, everybody is got one of these, do one and a half. Now, we are going to pour in our Baileys. We are going to use a spoon to go slowly so that we do not mix it. So, it has that wonderful Brain effect. We are going to do one and a half ounces and you could see it s already starting to get airy. There we go and we are going to top it off with just a dash of Grenadine to make it look like a Bloody Brain. These are really fun for Halloween.
You could see we are going to swirl this around and you could see it gets this ugly Brain effect but it does absolutely taste wonderful. So, feel free to use this for any of your Halloween parties. Now, I am going to show you how to make a Pumpkin Martini.
