Mary Gauragna: Hi! My name is Mary Guaragna. I am with MGB Special Events in Arlington, Virginia. I am a professional bartender and today I am going to show you how to make some wonderful and unique drinks for your winter holiday parties.

Our first wonderful drink is going to be a Peppermint Pattie and these are the ingredients that we ll need to make it. We ll need vodka, peppermint schnapps, Creme de Cacao. We ll need a chilled martini glass, a shot glass, a shaker and some wonderful candy canes for garnish.

Now, let s get started on our Peppermint Pattie. We ve already chilled our glass, so we don t need the iced water, dump that up. We re going to put some ice in our shaker, make sure our drink is nice and cold. We re going to use two ounces of vodka, one ounce of peppermint schnapps, and we re going to use a half an ounce Creme de Cacao.

Alright. We re going to shake this up about ten times. I can smell that peppermint smells wonderful. Now we re going to strain it into our chilled martini glass and we re going to garnish it with our candy cane.

Now, that s how you make a wonderful Peppermint Pattie for your holiday parties. Enjoy!
