Martial Arts - Kung Fu Upper Body Warmup
Martial Arts expert Raymond Wu demonstrate an upper body warm-up routine, from the chest and above, by using the push-ups and or arm rotations exercise.
Transcripts
Next will be the upper body, what we will do in terms of working up our body, arms will be out, shoulder level. Hell rotate forward ten times. Now, you can do different types of exercises in order to work the upper body, we can use push-ups of that sort, but we decided to use this because there are many different exercises and you can reverse.
One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten and arms come down, shake them up.
This is basically to raise up the body temperature so that you get ready for the next phase. Again, this is the warm-up phase to loosen up, to warm-up the shoulders, the mid section and also the lower body.
The next core curriculum will be stretching.
