How do I know if there is an instant chemistry?
So many people say, Well I just know, I just know in the first 30 to 60 seconds, I know if there is that instant chemistry, I just feel it. Well, yes, you might know if there is that instant chemistry but that instant chemistry does not tell you whether or not this is truly potential for a relationship.
I have had way too many experiences with my dating service clients where one of the two people or maybe ever both people didn t feel that initial spark, that initial chemistry and I have talked one of the two people into going out with the other person a second or a third time and today, they are married or living together.
That instant chemistry, that instant spark isn t always there. It can grow and you can be amazed that how after two or three or four times meeting somebody, all of a sudden think, This is really a great guy. He is really, pretty neat. Then you start to really feel attracted to them or vice-versa. It can happen with the man and the woman.
Then, we have all had or heard of experiences where there is been that fantastic instant chemistry from both people but then there might be a hot and heavy and furious, passionate romance for four to six weeks and then it fizzles out. So, the instant chemistry and the spark is not at all necessarily a guarantee for success nor is the lack of it a guarantee of failure.
So, give yourself a chance. This is all about increasing your opportunities to find that special partner, that wonderful mate. Do not allow yourself to just say, Because that instant chemistry wasn t there in the first 30 to 60 seconds, that s it, it s done. This is not the right person. Don t do that to yourself. Don t limit your chances and your opportunities that way.
