Host: How do I know if my date is not attracted to me?

Gloria MacDonald: Again, there are times when you can think they are not attracted to you, the other person whether its a man or a woman, then you might be surprised and find out they are because maybe, that person doesnt know how to flirt or maybe they are just not sure.

You can be pretty sure that they are not attracted to you if the man just shakes your hand at the end and says, Nice to meet you. Thats a pretty good sign that you are probably not going to hear from him again.

If more than two weeks goes by and the woman hasnt heard from the man, not a good sign. Men generally, need a reason to call you back. Men need to feel that they really want to see this woman again; men do not need a reason not to call you back.

So for example, when I get feedback from men after we have introduced them to a woman, nine times out of ten the man will say, I just didnt feel any particular chemistry there. They can't necessarily articulate why this woman wasnt the right woman for them, just wasnt.

Women on the other hand, tend to know why this wasnt the right man for them. They can give you a whole long laundry list of well, he was too short, he was too aggressive, he wasnt confident enough, they can give you a list of all the things that they didnt like about them or they werent right for them.

Whereas the man, doesnt need a reason not to feel like this is a woman he wants to see again, but he does need a reason to want to see her again.
