Host: What do I do after I have made my list?

Gloria MacDonald: Okay, so now that you have that list of ten people that you can practice flirting with, the first thing you are going to do is everyday for a week, make at least three people who are total strangers, smile and think about those ten people on that list and see if you can use some of those ten people, but make eye contact with a stranger, three strangers everyday, make eye contact with three strangers and make them smile. So really, by just looking at them and smiling, people are going to smile back and if you feel comfortable, throw in a 'Hi' or 'Hello' go for it. You will be amazed at how people respond, total strangers respond. When you make eye contact, smile at them and say, Hi! or Hello!

So practice getting out of your comfort zone a little bit, practice this with strangers and know that you are not asking the stranger to marry you. This is just making eye contact and making them smile. When you smile at them, they are going to feel good and they are going to smile back at you.
