Hi. Im Cindy McCarthy. I own a consignment boutique called Diva, in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. The reason that I started the store was because I am a self-confessed shopaholic. My closet was brimming at the themes with fashion, fashion, fashion and many things that I never wore. So, I have been an avid consignor for many years. Ive been in the fashion and cosmetics business so, I needed to wear a lot of great clothes, but I would wear them a couple of times and be done with them. So, I figured I was not the only person in the world that had that situation and is it turns out, I'm not. So, these are a series of tips for you on how to shop fabulously on a budget.
