Well, currently I am coaching people in terms of performance. It occurred to me when I was 15 years old I got electrocuted. I was climbing a tree front yard. I didn t know that the high tensional wire is on the other side of the leaf. Anyway, I reached up to climb down, put my hands in the leaf latched on to high tension wire. Did not know, I was sitting on the ground wire. It resulted in a loss of my left arm. That was when I was in high school and whether or not that change anything about me is up for mild interpretation, it had some effects, but what I had noticed even prior to that and certainly after that was I could be around people and I was extremely sensitized to the unspoken word.

I was very, very aware of perhaps the thought that precedes the sentence. So, much so that as I went through high school and college that I began to realize that I do not listen that much to the words that you deliver and it is almost as though I am able to sort of like watch what it is that precedes those words or another way of describing is, it says if I may be able to sort of read the feelings before the sentences.

I did not know that not everyone did that and it became evident because very often our words are not quiet the same as what we truly mean. So, I discovered there was a gap very often for many of us that exist between saying what we think we want and what it is that we really want. I do not want to play with the semantics there but there is a pretty important distinction.

About 20 years ago, I decided to establish a sort of a coaching and consultant group. We came of the term intuitive mediation and some point I will give you the definition for intuition, but if we go to a mediator because may be we can not quiet agree and we sit down with this third party whose task it is get us to come in with common ground and do hopefully the right or the correct thing. So, by using our intuition that we all have, I began to forge this path were people would want to work with them and would help them to become more one with what it is they truly want. That is what I have been doing now for 15 years.
