Host: Do recruiters read resume summaries or do they go straight to the work experience?

Louise Kursmark: That might be true for many recruiters. They like to know exactly where and when, what was your career progression and so forth. You have to write your summary, your introduction for the people who are going to read that part of the resume and most people will, Human Resource people, hiring managers and some recruiters. So, don't worry too much about the people who aren't going to read it. Write a resume summary for those who are.
