Louise Kursmark: Well, lot of times they do not know how to introduce themselves. They do not know how to tell someone quickly who they are in a way that the new person understands and can repeat and can think of potential opportunities for that person. So, when you are preparing your introduction, always be really clear, here is who I am, here is the kinds of opportunities that I am looking for, the kinds of challenges that I like, the kinds of companies that are a great fit for me, so that you give people in your network a really good chance to help you out.
