Host: What kind of questions can I expect during interviews?

Louise Kursmark: If you go to any library or book store, you can take out a book that talks about the top ten or top twenty or top one hundred interview questions. It s a great resource, because you are going to look through that and find some questions that are likely to come up in most every interview that you go on, such as, tell me about yourself or what are your strengths, what are your weaknesses, why did you leave your last position? Those kinds of questions are called typical interview questions and really have no excuse for not knowing how to answer them appropriately, because they are typical, you can get great advice online, at the book store and so forth, just talk to friends who have been on interviews and they will give you some ideas on how to answer them. You want to make sure that you hit those out of the park, a home run on those questions because you have the opportunity to prepare for them.
