Hello, I am Sean McArdle. I am the chairman of Life Answers Inc. We are a training and for the past 15 years I trained people all around the globe to be more effective in getting what it is they want from their life and their career.

Today, we are going to talk about the importance of effective listening. Believe it or not, the most wonderful thing you can do for another human being is listening. Most of us don t. We hear but we don t actually listen. As a result of it, if you really want somebody to like you or just be interested in you, learn how to listen. Now, effective listening.
