Host: How can I save time while answering questions?

Sean MsArdle: Saving time while answering questions amounts to two things. First of all always repeat the question and the reason that you do that isn t to spend time, it s to make sure that the audience understands what the question was, because you can run on and on with an answer, but if only one person understood what the question was, somebody is going to eventually ask, what was the question, so always repeat the question.

The second way to help on a question and answer period at the end, is to tell them in advance, how much time you have for it and when you are close to the end, say, We have time for just two more questions. So, that the audience themselves prepares to wind down at that point.
