Hello, I am Sean McArdle. I own a training company and I have been teaching business and government for more than 15 years, how to be effective in getting what they want. Now, the fact is that of all the things that make the world go round, nothing happens until somebody sells something. I want to talk to you today about the art and the science of sales because they are truly both. There is an art to getting somebody from hello to yes in measurable time and there is also a science to how we keep track of what we do and how we do it.
