Isabel L. Kelly, D.D.S. is a general dentist located in McLean, VA. Hello, my name is Dr. Isabel Kelly, I am a practicing general dentist in McLean, Virginia. I own my own practice and I see pediatric, adult, to entire families. I focus on cosmetic and general dentistry, and Im here to talk to you today about maintaining good oral hygiene. As studies show strong healthy gums leads to a strong health heart, and a healthy smile leads to a great first impression and great self-confidence. So, I will start with a healthy smile. You need to make sure that you visit the dentist as an adult every six months, and bring your child to the dental office by the age of three. But that is not enough, you need to make sure that you also get good home care and good dietary habit. So, were going to talk about the good home care first, and talk about the different materials you need. So, lets get started.

Thanks for the video! Regular dental checkups and maintenance like flossing and brushing are essential to having a healthy smile, and I think more people need to be informed about this. I go to a great dentist in Austin (http://www.jollyvilledental.com) and they're really good about checking in with me every appointment and making sure I'm keeping up on regular maintenance.
