Glenn Alpert: Hi, this is Glenn Alpert with Arlington Travel Soccer Club. Now, we are going talk about different body stances and body services that we can use for our first touch soccer training. Okay, so the first thing we want to do is well first I want to show you the incorrect way. The incorrect way is going to be flat footed on the ground, with this you can't move very easily or very quickly. So, what I like you guys to do, get on the balls of your feet, just like this. Now, wanted you just move around quickly, just move around quickly. See how quickly they can move; now hold on a second, if the soccer ball is played to one of them, Adam I am going to play you the ball.

Okay, I want you to be loose, knees bent and the balls of your feet and concentrating, I want you to make a nice first touch. Good, see how they moves with the soccer ball, and how is able to be very movable because of his feet here. Go William, ready, ready, be ready, okay move, good. Now, Adam I want to you to do it incorrectly so we can see the difference. So, we will be flat footed, and straight up. Ready to go, see how he wasn't able to move it quickly. Next, we are go to go into little more detail about the different services we can use for our first touch soccer training.
