Glenn Alpert: Hi, my name is Glenn Alpert with Arlington Travel Soccer Club. Now, we are going to talk about using your first touch with the inside of the foot. The inside of the foot is this surface in here, namely on the inside of your body. So, again there are two ways to do this, you can toss the soccer ball up and we want to cushion the ball with the inside of our foot. So, toss it up to head level, cushion and we can move forward. The other way is, Adam pass me your ball, on the ground. It is the inside of my foot to move forward. One more time Adam.

So, I have live touch, I am moving away from pressure. Okay, now Adam will demonstrate tossing up, toss it up to yourself good, once more. Hey, I am going to be a pretend defender, go touch it away from pressure, very good. Okay, now pass the soccer ball to William using that ball. Good, first touch away from pressure, once more I am going to be a pretend defender, give it to Adam. See, how he is able to free himself from pressure by moving forward. Next, we are going to talk about the first touch soccer training with the outside of the foot.
