Glenn Alpert: Hi, my name is Glenn Alpert with Arlington Travel Soccer Club. Now, we are going to talk about using your first touch with the outside of the foot. The outside surface of the foot is a spot where my logo, right here on the outside, guys just tap the outside of the foot. There are two, one by tossing it up to yourself, the other one by receiving a pass on the first touch. The first one I toss the soccer ball up, it is the outside part of my foot, once more. We are going to have Adam demonstrate tossing up first touch with the outside of the foot, go ahead Adam. Okay, do it again, toss it up good, outside of the foot. Now, gets on give the soccer ball Adam, pass one to William, first touch outside of the foot, once more. Okay, are you ready, very good. Next, we are going to talk about using the first touch soccer training on the thighs.
