Hi, this is Glenn Alpert with Arlington Travel Soccer Club. Now, we are going to discuss using the inside of the thighs for the first touch. So, one way is I am going to toss the soccer ball up. I am going to hit the inside of my thigh and then move laterally to the side. So, toss the ball up, to the inside moving left and I toss the ball up, is the inside of my side moving right, the other way tossing the soccer ball in. let's try it once more, you tossing here.

We are going to move that way and again toss it here, so I am going to move left. Okay, Adam toss the soccer ball to yourself using the inside of the thigh, okay come back and one more time. Okay William, I am going to toss you the ball. Okay, stand about right here. Okay, ready now move with the ball. Okay, very good once more with the other foot, with the other leg ready. So, he is able to use his inside of the thigh to move latterly right and left. Next we are going to talk about the outer thigh for the first touch soccer training program.
