Hi, this is Glenn Alpert with Arlington Travel Soccer Club. Now, we are going to discuss using our head for our touch. So, again we want to make sure that, one foot is in front of the other, so we are well balanced and can't be pushed over by a defender easily. Here I toss the soccer ball up and I want to head the top porton of the ball, so it gets down on the ground. So, toss the ball up.

Now, Adam will toss the soccer ball, stand about right here. He tosses the ball up in the air; I get it down on the ground once more. So, even if the ball is low, I can still use my head to the get the top half of the ball. Let's get William demonstrating, toss it to yourself and touch off your head good, once more good. So, now he is able to run on to the soccer ball and then create more opportunities for his team. I will toss you the ball Adam, ready? And there is also -- he heads the ball directly to his path, so he can then dribble it. Okay, very good. Next, we are going to discuss using the sides of our head for the first touch soccer training.
