Glenn Alpert: Hi, my name is Glenn Alpert with Arlington Travel Soccer Club. Now, we are going to talk about using the side of our head for the first touch. Actually we want to use probably the corner of our foreheads on the left side and the right side, halfway between your temple and the front of your forehead.

So, I am going to toss the soccer ball up and I am going to use the outside, the left part of my head for my first touch. Okay, so that is moving left and now we are going to move in right. So, toss the ball up and I am move right. William toss me your soccer ball up in the air, good I would just use the outside of the right side of my head, toss it one more time and now I will just move left.

William toss it to yourself, move right and then move left on your first touch. Okay, so that's moving and now moving left. Now, Adam I will toss you the soccer ball. First I want you to move left and then move right on the second one. Very good, here come back and now move to the right side.

Now, his feet again are one foot in front of the other, he is well balanced and he is gotten over the top part of the soccer ball to head it downwards. Next, we are going to put it all together and talk about how we can use first touch soccer training in the game.
