Glenn Alpert: Hi, this is Glenn Alpert with Arlington Travel Soccer Club. Now, have talk about how we can use our using your first touch with different surfaces. Now, we are going to see how we can apply it in the middle of the soccer game here. Let's get Adam as the attacking player.

Okay, Adam I want you to make a first touch always away from pressure, ready? Very good, pass it back good. So, he uses the outside of his foot, ready Adam, ready? Get open. Okay, one more time you got soccer ball, defend it William. Okay, get little further back, ready, ready, get open make a, run make a run, good. Okay, once more come back.

William is attacking now; ready we will toss the soccer ball up, first touch away from pressure. Ready, William get open. Okay, so he use his chest now pass it back. Okay, ready get open; it's a live game, ready? Move, move, good. Adam got it out of his head, ready come back.

Okay, get open William, get open ready? Good. So, he uses the inside of his foot now to touch the ball forward. This is something you can do with another player and so on passing the soccer ball in, so you really got use your first touch to get away from pressure. Okay, good job guys.
