Glenn Alpert: Hi, this is Glenn Alpert with Arlington Travel Soccer Club. We are now going to do an exercise which we work on a first touch and a little bit of juggling skills. Okay, so, I am going to toss the ball to Adam, so it s going to be one bounce and he has got to return the serve for another bounce. So, ready, good one bounce, one bounce, good.

Alright if we mess up we will start over. Okay, here, get another one, ready, very good, alright we are doing great. Okay, very good, alright so that s using one touch only, with one bounce between each partner. Next we are going to do it with each player getting two touches instead of one.
