So, even if the product is labeled trans fat free, you should look at the label and ingredient list to see if there are partially hydrogenated vegetable oils in it. You also want to see if it's really high in sugar. If it's really in sugar it's not a great product because it's hard for your body to metabolize it, the sugar and you want to see if there is a large percentage of saturated fat also in the label and if there is, that s another thing you want to stay away from.
