Tracee Yablon-Brenner: You can understand serving sizes by looking on the label and seeing how many serving sizes the product have and what the portion of serving sizes is for the particular product and take a reality check and see if you typically eat what the serving size is? If it's half a cup and you simply eat a cup and a half, you have to take a step and look and say, Wait, I might be eating too much. So, it's really important to check how many serving sizes are in a package. There might be two serving sizes in a package and you are not realizing that you are eating the whole package which is not a good idea.
