Host: How can I include sweets and not ruin my diet?
Tracee Yablon Brenner: You want to eat high quality sweets such as dark chocolates, where there is a high percentage of coco in it, 65 to 70% coco to maintain your diet. You also want to look at the sugar grams in the chocolates, for it to be a lower amount of sugar to lose weight. You also want to add some fruit to your diet which is really sweet and delicious high in fiber.
