Tracee is founder of Nutrition is Healing a nutrition counseling firm to provide individualized services regarding weight loss, eating disorders, prevention of heart disease, diabetes, blood pressure, GI issues and overall wellness. If you are going to drink alcohol four to five times a week, you want to give your body a break and at least not drink one to two days a week to give your liver a break.

Thank you for the tips and guidelines on drinking 2 glasses a day for men. From your videos, it looks like beer and wine are more healthy for you than the hard liquors. Are beer and wine comparable in health benefits? All the best.
