Tracee Yablon-Brenner: When you are drinking, sometimes that makes you more hungry, so you tend to eat more when you re drinking and some people tend to do the opposite and just drink more and not eat, which is not healthy either because they are not getting any nourishment into their body, they are just getting alcohol.

So, you really have to be aware of how much you are drinking.
