Hi, I am Rob Kingsbury with Kingsbury Chocolates and we are now finishing up our chocolate pie. Pie is made, whipped cream is made, we have got some decorative shavings over here. So, we put this in our tart shell. So, I just wanted to actually come through and show you guys how to remove the pie from the shell and one of the important reasons that we made a pie crust that was a little bit thicker is so that when you do this and you take it out of the shell, it stands upon its own.
So, at this point, we are just going to enjoy. I have got a few little extra dark chocolate shavings here and I am just going to pour it all over here. I think it looks beautiful and little added chocolate is a nice bonus, beautiful and we have got our homemade whipped cream with only two tablespoons of sugar for the entire pint of whipped cream and we are actually going to serve whipped cream with every single portion but I am going to put a little bit right there so everybody can see what we are enjoying. So, alright.
