Hello, I am Nancy Mitchell. I am the owner of the Etiquette Advocate, in Washington DC. I trained corporations, government agencies, embassies, universities and individuals, who want to learn social and business etiquette in international protocol. I created a series called the Extreme Etiquette courses to help people polish their manners and to help them discover the power of etiquettes in their professional and their personal lives. Today we are going to be talking about holiday gift giving; I want to help you to avoid some mistakes, some embarrassments and to help you pick just the right gift for friends, family and loved once.
