Host: What are the seven attitudes of highly successful daters?

Gloria MacDonald: Well, the first attitude is the belief in the possibility. Henry Ford said, Whether you believe you can or you can not, you are right. So, those women who for example, have experiences and think, Oh gosh, there are no good men left out there, they are all losers, they are jerks, they are creeps. Well, that is what they are going to get. Likewise, men who feel like, Oh God, the women have so high maintenance they are going to find that in their experience. So, what we focus on; expands and if you are focusing on any of the negative things in your thought, that is what you are going to get.

So, it is really a process of believing that you can find this wonderful person who is just right for you and really being aware of any of those negative mental things, thoughts that are coming to you, that are dragging you down and reversing that and saying, No, you know what, there is a great person out there for me and I believe I can find that person.
