Host: What is the best way to put the seven attitudes into action?
Gloria MacDonald: These attitudes really need to be put into action and it is not something that is going to happen overnight. You really have to practice them because for most all of us it is going to take some change in thought and change in though again, takes practice. It has been proven that we really need to set a new routine in our thinking patterns and our thought patterns. In order to create a new routine, you really have to spend about 90 days to change habits.
So, we have actually created a 90 day relationship attraction conditioning workbook that takes you through these seven attitudes of highly successful daters and I am absolutely convinced that when you put these seven attitudes into practice in your life, using the workbook and going through daily exercises, simple exercises that just take five minutes every morning, but if you do that, there is no way you can not have a life absolutely full of wonderful relationships, full of love and a loving relationship with that one special person for you.
