    Gloria MacDonald: It is really important to look more youthful and healthy and there are lots of things you can do. Again, this goes back to this is one of the things that men are looking for and it doesn t matter if they are 45, 55, 25, 75. They are subconsciously, instinctually looking for youth and healthfulness. So, it starts with the skin for example and just take care of your skin. Use good facial creams, use a good foundation, so that you can cover up some unevenness and blotchiness in your skin, get a manicure. You don t have to be all girly, girly and have bright colors. If that s not you that s fine. We are not telling you to be someone you are not. You need to be you, but just think of, our nails are not perfect, they get discolored, if you have hangnails, those things do not improve the appearance of youth and healthiness.

    So, go get manicure and you can have colors obviously, but if that is not you, that is fine, just get clear nail polish put on. Same thing with feet, if you are in warm weather at summer time, get a pedicure. The more you can make your feet look youthful and healthy; it s just working in your favor. It is not that men are going to consciously look at your feet, look at your hands, figure out whether your nails are manicured or not and you have had a pedicure. Some men might, most won t, but it is just overall impression and appearance that you present, that subconsciously is registering in a man s mind and either saying, Yes or No and you want that Yes. So, do everything possible, so your nails, manicure, pedicure, hairstyle and hair color, if you color your hair, if your hair is gray or you highlight your hair, make sure that you don t have bad root showing. If you are going gray, hey, coloring your hair does help make you look more youthful. Whenever possible, we recommend you have your hair professionally colored. It just looks better and think about your hairstyle. If you haven t been out dating for a long time and maybe you haven t freshened up your appearance and your image, go get a new hairstyle. Get a hairstyle that makes you look more youthful. So, think about those things, if you really want to make a good impression on a man.
