Host: What should women be thinking about?

Gloria MacDonald: So, just to summarize those four things that men are looking for, health, beauty, youth and certain behavioral characteristics. So, get all these things working for you. Think about what are you doing for yourself to make yourself appear you are very, very best? Taking care of your skin, taking care of your hair, getting a new wardrobe, losing a few extra pounds, if that is what you need to do. We are not suggesting all kinds of cosmetic surgery and turning yourself into a person being, someone you are not, but be the very best you can be.

Again, it is not just all about physical appearance but also, use those characteristics that you have that are neatly yours that make you a wonderful person. Your sense of warmth, your sense of integrity, your sense of honesty, your kind heartedness, your caring, your nurturing, make sure, you value those in yourself and bring those out and the man will see those and the whole package is really, really important. So, get everything working for you to truly increase your opportunity, your chances of finding that fantastic man.
