Host: Why are first impressions so important?

Gloria MacDonald: First impressions are so important because it s part of human nature. We can t help it neither a man nor a woman can help it as human beings we just make judgments. We make judgments on that very first impression and it s all based on non-verbal sensory communication because we are just seeing someone. They haven t said anything to us or anything yet, but we are making judgment based on how someone walks, how they carry themselves. If there is any eye contact, if they smile all those things and it s so important to make the best possible first impression you can because if a woman makes a negative judgment about you, you are going to have to work three times as hard if not four or five times as hard to correct that first false negative impression.
