Hi my name is Katie Jackson and I'm here at Studio Bleu Dance center in Ashburn, Virginia. Today, I'm going to show you, how to tap dance, starting with the Double Cramp Roll. Now, break it down, go up on your right toe, then your left toe, come down on your right heel, your left heel, put your right toe down, and then your left toe. As you may notice your way is going to change, you are going to go up and then when you go down, you almost have to lean forward to get your balance.

Go up on your right toe, then your left toe, right heel, left heel, right toe, left toe. Come and speed it up and make sure that you keep your knees bent, up, up, heel, heel, toe, toe. Up, up, heel, heel, toe, toe, speed it up as you go. Now, I ll break it down for you one more time. Up on your right toe, up on your left toe, right heel, left heel, toe toe, up, up, heel, heel, toe, toe. Up, up, heel, heel, toe, toe, speed it up and that's how you do a Double Cramp Roll. Next I'll show you how to do a Pull Back.
