Host: If I receive a Wedding announcement but not invited to the Wedding must I give a Wedding gift?

Nancy Mitchell: It's not necessary to send a Wedding gift. An announcement is just letting you know that the couple has married and also it's giving you a new address for them. It is appropriate to send the card of congratulation.
