In this video, Bartender and Mixologist Christopher Kelley teaches how to set-up, make, and serve many specialty cocktails. This is not your everyday Cosmopolitan, “Cosmo”. Mr. Kelley uses specialty items in creating these fabulous cocktails. They include: Premium Sake, Rum, Gin, Vodka, Bourbon, Pomegranate Juice, Red Bull, Champagne, Fresh Mint, and Lychee Puree just to name a few. Drinks vary from styles like the Classic Martini to Mango Mojito’s. How to Make Modern Mixed Drinks
Ingredients
French Kiss Martini:
1/2 ounce of Cointreau
2 ounces of Absolut raspberry vodka
Sweetened lime juice
Pineapple juice
Cranberry juice
1/2 ounce of sparkling wine
Morrocan Delight:
2 ounces of mango vodka
1 ounce of mango liquor
Orange juice
White cranberry juice
Pandora's Box:
1 ounce of raspberry liquor
2 1/2 ounces of 10 cane rum
Fresh lime
1 1/2 ounces of sparkling wine
Imperial Palm:
2 ounces of Russian vodka
1 1/2 ounces of pomegranate liquor
1 ounce of pomegranate juice
Sparkling wine
Kama Sutra:
1 1/2 ounces of grapefruit vodka
1 1/2 ounces of Sake
Lychee puree
Sultan Martini:
2 ounces of Zygo vodka
1/2 ounce of Cointreau
1/2 ounce of grape fruit juice
1/2 ounce of orange juice
3/4 ounce of Red Bull
Dancing Shiva:
Slice of orange
A few sprigs of fresh mint
A few drops of simple syrup
Angostura bitters
2 ounces of Bullet whiskey
1 ounce of Vermouth
Samurai Martini:
1 1/2 ounces of Sake
1 1/2 ounces of gin
2-3 drops of Meduri
Sour mix
Taj Mojito:
1/2 a lime
4 pieces of fresh mint
1/2 ounce of simple syrup
2 1/2 ounces of mango rum
Club soda
Sprite
