Hi I am Chris Kelly. I work at Mie N Yu restaurant in Georgetown in Washington D.

    C. Today, I am showing you how to make modern mixed drinks. Our first drink is going to be the French Kiss. It's a sparkling raspberry cosmopolitan. We are using Cointreau instead of Triple sec as our orange liqueur and a raspberry absolute, as a raspberry vodka, half ounce of Cointreau, two ounces of absolute raspberry. We are then going to put a splash of a sweetened lime juice, Roses is the brand and we are going to do equal parts of pineapple juice and cranberry juice to taste. We are not going to put the sparkling wine in yet as that may cause our shaker to blow over while we are shaking. We have got a nice chilled Martini glass ready. After we have dumped the ice, that s when we are going to put our sparkling wine in and that s also about a half ounce, little twist of lemon for garnish. This is the delicious French Kiss Martini. Next, we will be making the Moroccan Delight; it's a mango Martini.
