Host: Should I interview all applicants?

Jaclyn Gobuluk: You should not interview every individual that has applied to be a nanny for your family, except individuals that you should interview are the ones that the applications through some type of connection to what you are looking for. Those nannies are going to be the ones that you want to spend the time in interviewing with them. If a nanny just calls, doesn t file an application or sends you an e-mail do not right away interview that person. Have them fill out the application first and by going through the application and deciding which candidates would make a good fit with your family then go and absolutely interview in person, each of the candidates that meet your criteria through their application.
