Host: When should I consider my resolution a success?

Gary Ryan Blair: You know, one question always comes up is when should you consider your resolution a success and the reality is, before you even take the first step. You should be able to visualize in advance exactly what it is that you want. You should be able to materialize the feeling, and it is just the same way with which a speed of light works and this event takes place and it takes a bit of time in order for the light actually to appear or even the speed of sound, is that the sound will take place or a falling star will occur and it will take billions of billions of years in order for it to actually materialize. You will give birth to your resolution in your mind before you enjoy it physically in the physical world just the way it goes. You will see yourself lighter, healthier, living in a house that you want, doing the things that you want to do. This will occur in your mind in a mental capacity long before you ever enjoy in a physical sense; that s point number one. So, you ll know it when you see it from there as soon as you start taking action and you are starting to feel momentum. It does not take all that much in order to get your excitement and enthusiasm. Change your habits and gets some wins, you re going to get that winning feeling and you are just going to know. It is, no one needs to give you permission; you re not to even ask for validation. You are just going to know intrinsically deep inside that you are on target because you are following your plan and you ll apply the proper guidelines.
