Hi, I am Lindsey Lampert with Northern Virginia Volleyball Association and today I am teaching you how to play volleyball. Right now, I am going to show you how to pepper. Peppering is a fun way to warm up, while incorporating some of the skills we learned today. In pepper, you will pass, you will set, you will hit and you will dig. So, basically the only thing you are not doing in the pepper is serving. As you can see Lindsey and Nicole are peppering behind me and they are using some of the skills we used today to warm up. Some things to remember while you are peppering is to call the ball and to be able to move your feet. The ball is not always going to go right to you and you may have to actually hit the floor at some points to get the ball up. Well, I hope you learnt some things today from watching these videos, now it is time to get out from behind that computer and play some volleyball.
